Hey there peoples,
Just a couple things, if you havn't seen the Star Wars Flash I submitted a little while ago, go take a look and see what you think.
Also there's an iPhone/Android game you should buy and play and have fun times with, it's called Bird Jerk: The Poopening. It was made by Creative Undead, a small studio here in Brisbane and I was lucky enough to do all of the in game art. Check it out.

Game looks like a lot of fun :)
As for your reel I would suggest animating a bunch of really good short tests. You definitely leave each project running for too long, so it would be good to have things to break it up more.
